    IDENTITY

    We train as a team, we race as a team! We are a sanctioned Tri Ontario club and our athletes compete rocking the LP colours at Run, Tri, Cycling and other endurance events locally and internationally!

    Year round will be a staple of our program to hold each other accountable and push each other to new heights!

    Mark Cullen

    HEAD ENDURANCE COACH

    Responsible for all of the program and workout design. Yes, Coach Mark will be responsible for all of the torture and suffering that you go through. Mark has an insane passion for detail and data analysis. His training and programming philosophy will resemble just that - quality, quality, quality. He is a huge believer in every training session having a very specific focus related to your end goal. Gone are the days of miles, miles, miles. You don’t have time for that and your body doesn’t want or need that. Get ready for the most attention to detail you have seen in a training program and the results that come from that.

    HEAD Strength COACH

    Play a huge role in keeping all of the athletes healthy and strong, while building strong, fast and powerful athletes that are ready for any challenge or goal throughout the season. Coach Adam has done what most cannot imagine over the past four seasons and blended the worlds of strength training and endurance. Taking the science of a strength athlete and combining it with the world of endurance training to conquer massive accomplishments. Get ready for strength workouts that will fix your aches and pains, muscle imbalances and turn you into an absolute speed demon.
